BOARD GAME GIVEAWAY - OFFICIAL RULES

1. SPONSOR:
This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by PlayQuest LLC, located at PO Box 973 Hartford, CT 06143 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate. Individuals who have won a prize from Sponsor valued at $50 or more in the past 12 months are not eligible. Chances of winning depend on number of entries.
3. HOW TO ENTER
A. (Primary Entry Method) To enter, participants must Complete an entry form located on the Sponsor's website www.goplayquest.com or on any of the Sponsor's official Social Media accounts (e.g. Facebook or Instagram) by submitting their name, email address, phone number, and agreeing to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor.
B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) To enter, participants must submit the following information vie email to contest@playquestgames.com
Name, email address, phone number, and a statement that they explicitly agree to receive marketing communications from PlayQuest LLC. Emails MUST contain "board game giveaway" exactly in the subject line. Any entries that do not conform to these requirements exactly will not be considered. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, errors or omissions related to the electronic delivery of emails.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
Entries will be accepted during the period in which the Sweepstakes is advertised on the Sponsor's website www.goplayquest.com or on any of the Sponsor's official Social Media accounts (e.g. Facebook or Instagram) ("Period"). Entries received outside this time frame will not be considered. The sweepstakes Period may vary (e.g. monthly, bi-weekly) depending on number of entries received.
5. PRIZE
Effective 12/1/25 - One (1) winner each contest period shall receive a $50 pre-paid Visa gift card, which can be used to purchase a game from the Sponsor's website, or else may be used for any other purchase wherever Visa is accepted. Prize shall be delivered electronically or via common carrier (at the Sponsor's discretion) within thirty (30) days of the winner being chosen AND providing the Sponsor with their full name, a valid US Mailing address and email address. PlayQuest shall not be responsible for delays in delivery caused by 3rd party carriers, for errors in the information provided by the winner, or emails that are not received by the Entrant due to spam folders or other reasons beyond the Sponsor's control. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES ARE VALID ONLY FOR THE PERIOD IN WHICH THEY WERE SUBMITTED AND DO NOT CARRY OVER TO FUTURE SWEEPSTAKES PERIODS.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received DURING THAT PERIOD, PROVIDED HOWEVER THAT THERE ARE AT LEAST FIVE HUNDRED (500) ENTRIES DURING THAT PERIOD. Should there be fewer than 500 entries, the entrants from that Period may be carried forward to the next period (at the Sponsor's discretion) and included in the random selection of the winner for that subsequent Period. The random selection shall be made by assigning a unique value to each entrant (such as a number or a date/time stamp) and using a process of random selection to pick one of the assigned values from the lot of entrants. The drawing will be held within thirty [30] days after the Sweepstakes ends, which shall be the last day of the Period during which the Sweepstakes was running. The winner will be notified via email at the address provided on the entry form. Entrants MUST BE SUBSCRIBED TO MARKETING AT THE TIME OF THE DRAWING IN ORDER TO WIN. Sponsor shall not be held responsible for incorrect or invalid emails or emails that are not received by the Entrant due to spam folders or other reasons beyond the Sponsor's control
If the winner does not respond within 72 HOURS of notification, a new winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion following the same selection process described above.
7. PUBLICITY
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. PRIVACY
By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s PRIVACY POLICY
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason at any time, or in the event of fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control. If the Sweepstakes should be canceled early (prior to the end of a given Period which it was advertised), the sponsor shall still make every reasonable attempt to award the prize for that Period in accordance with the rules and procedures stated herein. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations shall apply.
10. RELEASE & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages resulting from participation in the Contest or from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or other factors beyond its control.

within 30 days of the Sweepstakes end date.
12. GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of CONNECTICUT (USA), without regard to conflict of law principles.

1. SPONSOR:
The PlayQuest “Show Us Your Game Night!” Photo Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by PlayQuest Games LLC located at PO Box 973 Hartford, CT 06143 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older at the time of entry. Entries featuring minors require permission from a parent or legal guardian. Employees, officers, contractors, and representatives of the Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible. Individuals who have won a prize from Sponsor valued at $50 or more in the past 12 months are not eligible.
3. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM ET on [12/1/25] and ends at 11:59 PM ET on [1/31/26] (“Contest Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device. Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.
4. HOW TO ENTER
A. Photo Submission (Primary Entry Method) Submit one (1) original photo showing you and/or your family playing any PlayQuest board game. Entry must be submitted via the contest landing page at: https://www.goplayquest.com/pages/photo-contest
B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE — No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without purchasing or owning a PlayQuest game, upload a photo, drawing, or creative depiction of a “family game night” featuring your interpretation of any PlayQuest board game by using product photos and images from our website as inspiration.
Both entry types are judged equally.
Entry Limits
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. Duplicate, automated, or Non-original entries will be disqualified.
5. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
All entries must be original and must not:
- Contain unsafe activities
- Include offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
- Include copyrighted/trademarked content not owned by the entrant
- Feature individuals without appropriate consent (including minors)
- Violate any third-party rights
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules or are otherwise inappropriate.
6. JUDGING CRITERIA & WINNER SELECTION
Eligible entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by Sponsor based on the following scoring rubric:
- Creativity & Originality (50%)
- Relevance to the Theme “Family Game Night” (30%)
- Emotional Impact & Storytelling (10%)
- Photo Quality / Presentation (10%)
The entry with the highest total score will be deemed the potential winner. In the event of a tie, the higher Creativity score will determine the winner.
Winner will be notified via email within 7 days of judging completion. Winner must respond within 72 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
A $500 monetary prize, awarded via PayPal, Visa/Mastercard Gift Card, Check, or another method chosen by Sponsor.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Winner is solely responsible for all taxes associated with the prize.
8. RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANTS
By entering this contest and submitting a photo, entrants thereby represent and warrant that: 1. they are the owner of the photo and all rights in it; 2. they grant PlayQuest LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the photo, including any images of the entrant, other adults, and minors depicted, in any media for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes; 3. that they have secured all necessary permissions from all individuals in the photo (including parental or guardian consent for any minors); and 4. agree that PlayQuest may use the photo without additional compensation.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest for any reason or if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or operation of the Contest.
Minimum Entry Requirement
The Contest requires at least 2,000 eligible entries to proceed. If fewer than 2,000 eligible entries are received by the end of the Contest Period, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion:
(i) cancel the Contest without awarding the prize,
(ii) extend the Contest Period, or
(iii) modify the Contest in a manner deemed appropriate.
If the Contest is canceled due to insufficient entries, no prize will be awarded.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
