1. SPONSOR:
This giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by PlayQuest LLC, located at PO Box 973 Hartford, CT 06143 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGABILITY:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must Complete an entry form located on the Sponsor's website www.goplayquest.com or on any of the Sponsor's official Social Media accounts (e.g. Facebook or Instagram) by submitting their name, email address, and agreeing to receive marketing emails from the Sponsor.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. CONTEST PERIOD
Entries will be accepted during the calendar month in which the contest is advertised on the Sponsor's website www.goplayquest.com or on any of the Sponsor's official Social Media accounts (e.g. Facebook or Instagram). Entries received outside this time frame will not be considered.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner EACH MONTH will receive ONE BOARD GAME OF THEIR CHOOSING valued at the currently advertised price, not to exceed $50 USD. Prize shall be delivered via common carrier within thirty (30) days of its choosing by winner. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
A winner will be selected at random EACH MONTH from all eligible entries received during that month, PROVIDED HOWEVER THAT THERE ARE AT LEAST FIFTY (50) ENTRIES DURING THAT MONTH. Should there be fewer than FIFTY (50) entries during a given month, the entrants from that month shall be carried forward to the next month and included in the random selection of the winner for that subsequent month. The random selection shall be made by assigning a unique value to each entrant (such as a number) and using a process of random selection to pick one of the assigned values from the lot of entrants. The drawing will be held within [15] days after the Contest ends, which shall be the last day of the month during which the contest was running. The winner will be notified via email at the address provided on the entry form.
If the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days of notification, a new winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. PUBLICITY
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. PRIVACY
By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s PRIVACY POLICY
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any and all claims arising out of participation or receipt/use of the prize.
11. GOVERNING LAW
The Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of CONNECTICUT (USA), without regard to conflict of law principles.
