when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you
place with us.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS AND FEES
Shipping options and the associated costs are displayed at
checkout using “Live Rates” via third party carriers such as UPS, Fed Ex and/or
USPS (carriers may vary). Live Rates ensure that our customers pay the
lowest possible shipping costs. All orders
are shipped out of New Jersey USA via a third-party order fulfillment
specialist.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with
tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of
your shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select countries outside of the USA,
including Canada and the UK – United Kingdom. Please note that International
orders ship DOU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), also called OAP (Delivered at Place). This
means the YOU, THE CUSTOMER, are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, and
customs fees.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know
as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for
delivery. For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For
