DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order IMMEDIATLEY upon receipt and contact us RIGHT AWAY if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNS
We have a 15-DAY RETURN POLICY, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect you will need to provide a detailed description of the issue along with picture(s) that clearly show the issue. This Return Policy shall not apply to damage caused intentionally or by misuse or abuse. After we review your claim we will (our our sole discretion) exercise one of the following remedies:
- Replace the entire item at no charge to you.
- Ship replacement part(s) to you.
- Offer you a full or partial refund.
All Other Returns: For all other returns, you will be required to ship the item(s) back to us at your own cost, after which a refund will be issued to you less a 15% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unused and unopened in their original packaging with all tags, wrapping and labels. You’ll also need to include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To start a return, please contact us at returns@playquestgames.com and include items 1-5 listed below. Once your return is approved you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Name used on the order, email and phone #.
- Shipping address.
- Copy of receipt or proof of purchase.
- Reason for Return / Details of the issue(s).
- Pictures of issue(s) - as applicable.
**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.**
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (less any restocking fees noted above) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@playquestgames.com
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
